Jenny's Workshop
Jenny Berkeley will be hosting a demonstration on how to prepare a raw food meal.
One common objection is that it takes too much time to prepare a raw gourmet meal. You'll see how quickly the meal can be made while preserving all the enzymes, nutrients, and life-force of the food, essential for your body.
Samples will be available for tasting.

Jenny Berkeley is a nurse and health educator. Jenny has over 19 years experience in the medical profession.
She is an author, speaker, and blogger. Her twitter following is now over 33,000. She is also the publisher of EternityWatch Magazine. Her website is a wonderful resource for the health minded that covers topics ranging from square-foot gardening to the living foods. Her newest project is an Advanced Detox e-Course available later on via her website.

Farming Futures with Mike Schreiner

Mike Schreiner became the Leader of the Green Party of Ontario in November of 2009.
A leading advocate for independent businesses, sustainable communities and local food and farmers, Mike is well known for his leadership in co-founding the award-winning Local Food Plus organization and for his successful small business, WOW Foods.

He brings a proven track record in business and leadership roles to the GPO. Mike recently served on the steering committee for Green Enterprise Toronto, an association of over 350 small businesses, and on the Board of Directors of FarmStart, a non-profit that assists new farmers in Ontario.
